Clean Room Ladder
These high grade Clean Room work platforms are manufactured for all-purpose cleanroom use. Manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel (with an optional 316 upgrade), these step ladders are suitable for all-purpose cleanroom use. Each ladder is made to order based on your specifications, including size, dimension, and purpose. We will work through the design process with you to ensure that every detail of your custom requirements can be met. Our range of capabilities includes consulting, engineering & design, cutting, bending, welding, machining and finishing, handling and logistics for critical-environment access solutions.
Our 304 Grade Stainless Work Platforms are ideal for performing maintenance tasks (like replacing filters) in a clean room environment. The maximum load capacity is 500 lbs. (Call for more!) Plate mounted casters are standard, made entirely of stainless steel to eliminate contamination sources, however, we also offer spring loaded casters. These high performance access solutions have a very high quality design and finish to meet your requirements.
The 14" and 28" Deep top step ensures plenty of room to safely accommodate workers and tools (Call for more!) 36"H Safety rails further enhance personnel safety. Standard models include diamond plate treads; other designs are available on a custom basis.
Custom designs, passivation and electropolishing options available.
