Our Clean Room Work Platforms are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel (with an optional 316 upgrade) and are suitable for all-purpose cleanroom use. Each ladder is made to order based on your specifications, including size, dimension, and purpose.
Our Clean Room Work Platforms are ideal for performing maintenance tasks (like replacing filters) in a clean room environment. The maximum load capacity is 300 lbs. (Call for more!) Plate mounted casters are standard, made entirely of stainless steel to eliminate contamination sources, however, we also offer spring loaded casters and moon cups.
The 28"D top step ensures plenty of room to safely accommodate workers and tools (Call for more!) 36"H handrails with 18" mid-rails further enhance personnel safety. Standard models include flat perforated treads to accommodate vertical laminar air-flow and minimize particle accumulation; other designs are available on a custom basis.
